It represents a major upgrade to the Smart Time platform with a new user interface, advanced features, scalability and hosting options. Smart Time 5 will be available Q2 2017.

Smart Time 5 is available in two editions—Smart Time Cloud and Smart Time Enterprise—and has four modules: Time Entry, Time Capture, Billing Guidelines and Mobile.

The Smart Time 5 Cloud edition is the same timekeeping solution used by some of the world’s largest firms, but is hosted in the cloud and now also available in a single user license. It includes both browser and mobile time entry apps, plus an admin panel to control the system.

Smart Time 5 Enterprise can be installed on-premise or in the cloud and will be tightly integrated to the firm’s accounting system (for time entry) and to desktops and enterprise systems (for time capture).
