Campbell, CA – September 15, 2015 – Smart Time Apps, provider of the Smart Time family of timekeeping applications, today announced that Denver-based law firm Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck LLP has implemented Smart Time’s Desktop Time, Time Capture and Mobile modules to improve timekeeping for their 250 attorneys and policy advisors across its 14 U.S. offices.
Smart Time was integrated to the firm’s Thomson Reuters Elite 3E accounting system. The rollout was accomplished through an inventive deployment strategy. Instead of traditional training, the firm’s accounting and IT groups visited offices and provided one-on-one 15-minute training sessions with their attorneys, secretaries and paralegals. In this way they were able to customize the training to all timekeepers, be they contemporaneous or reconstructionist.
